VolGames 2009: Medical Check Up and Pre-Departure Briefing

Dear Athletes and Supporters to VolGames 2009!

As per the requirement of the Intervarsity Games, all participants are required to undergo a compulsory medical check up before leaving.

The details of the medical check up are as follows:

Date: 22nd April 2009

Time: 9.00 am

Venue:

Department of Sports Medicine, 4th Floor, University's Main Building

Payment:

FREE OF CHARGE

Also in the evening today, there will be a pre-departure briefing for all athletes and supporters.  Details are as follows:

Time: 5.00pm

Venue: Auditorium No. 4, PharmCorpus.
