A KURSK GAMES 2010 FUNDRAISING EVENT

“Kursk Games Devil’s Combo”

The heat is building up towards Kursk Games 2010, and everyone is indeed looking forward to it. But only in rare occasions do events go smoothly uninterrupted by  hiccups, and in the case of this year’s games, the issue of funds seems to be a thorny one.

And so to relieve the financial burden of participating athletes, PUTERA MIC-Kursk Chapter has embarked on an ambitious project - a fundraiser.

Members and volunteers will be selling a specially prepared “Kursk Games Devil’s Combo”, a set consisting of ‘nasi kuning’ (yellow rice), dry Devil’s chicken curry (spicy/non-spicy), mixed vegetables and fried egg.

Details are as follows:-

Time and Date of Delivery:-  7.00 pm, Sunday 4^th of April 2010

Price: - 100 rubles

Closing date for orders:  Thursday, 1^st April 2010

Profits will be channeled to the Kursk Games 2010 treasury, which in turn results in the subsidizing of the participating athletes’ fees, which is now currently set at 1000 rubles per athlete.

We hope to see undivided dedication from fellow volunteers, and also hope for magnanimous support from all Kursk Malaysians in making this project a fruitful one which will benefit our Kursk contingent and boost its morale.

This fundraiser will aim to boost our Kurskian ties, and to pave the way for our university’s victory in the coming games!
